Minor "Back" function on consoles don't work

On security computers (This has only happened once on a sec console. I have not tested it further), after logging into Secmate and doing stuff, I can go back but not all the way. Pressing 0 won't get me out of SecMate, and if I access the network settings in SecMate I can't leave that by pressing 0. I just restarted the console but, this is a bit annoying.
