That's a very crazy idea and although I'd like it to work, it just won't. You could keep the idea and go on with it though; maybe have his Noir Shades be like sunglasses with built-in Thermals? Think more simply than that.

Yeah I have no idea what is feasible to code at all. :?

I'm not sure sunglasses with built in thermals would be worth anything on their own though, as after all detective starts with thermals already and sunglasses only offer a benefit against one item.
