The RD should be able to buy a Spy Mindslave Implanter (3 uses, no timer) for 7-8 telecrystals because (And didn't Mindslaves used to be science-exclusive)? The Captain and HoP might want one too, maybe slightly higher priced since they can just give their mooks all-access, delegate duties, and fuck around like they were born to do.
