I'd think that the first mindslaver would take priority. Think about it, a mindslave is utterly loyal to their master and would never do anything bad toward their master unless given direct, precise orders. Then the mindslave, commanded by their master, mindslaves their master, making them utterly, completely their pawn.
But! Who does the first mindslave answer to? The mindslaved mindslaver! While the mindslaver does now obey their mindslave, the mindslave themself is still under the command of the mindslaver who, while now forbidden from making their mindslave die, is still the one where the orders come from. You essentially become your own mindslave via your mindslave who, as your mindslave, is still also your mindslave!
Thus, as I see it, there's no infinite recursion, and you could give yourself orders through your mindslave.
