On G3 I was traitor M.D.
I decided I would do what I always wanted to do, be an excellent brain surgeon!
Luckily, every patient that came in seemed to have a broken brain, which needed to be removed of course.
I performed several successful surgeries on assistants, I didn't even need anesthetic! but eventually I realized that there are many crew outside the operating theater who have a broken brain without even knowing. So with the help of the ProDoc goggles, and maybe some sleep toxin. I was able to find many many patients.
The number of successful surgerys began to climb into the double digits, but my renown as a doctor had not yet been realized by the crew so I decided I would have to try harder, I saw a sec officer attempting to break into chemistry his brain was clearly broken. I anesthetized him and began to work immediately as it set in.
As I continued my workings, eventually natural space hazards caused a shortage of power in the medbay, all the equipment and lights became useless but I would not be stopped from accomplishing my dreams so easily, so I kept bringing in patients and fixing their brains.
Patients began to resist treatment, but I knew I had to take the bits of their brain out! Luckily a good roboticist managed to build a 'nurse' cyborg who helped me "anesthetize" patients with his RCD.
Finally I was getting somewhere, eventually the entire security team showed up with broken brains. They were very resistant to treatment and even tried to harm me, but with the help of some stims I was able to anesthetize all the patients.
Unfortunately I couldn't perform surgeries on all of them before the shuttle arrived, I likely would have had 30 or so brains.

Most fun I've had in a very long time
