as the subject suggests the test subject monkey should spawn in being able to speak and comprehend human speech/language as it is a test subject after all

I'm pretty dang sure they can? Humans can't understand them but being turned into a monkey or joining as one should still let you understand human speech. Unless this was changed in the last like week
