Will the solarium GOOD ending ever be cleared?

Anyone have any knowledge on the Important Looking Briefcase?

To unlock it you need to bring it to the Russian shuttle/botany shuttle and have the bee open it.
Then you'll need two Old fancy key's and a password, we know where the two keys are(Russian shuttle and Biodome) but the password is not known right now.
What we do know is that the briefcase is really a "Cheget", a nuclear briefcase used to send launch codes for nukes.

Also, in the adventure zone z level, in the unfinished mars section there is a strange room with odd walls, if i remember correctly, in my rakings through the code i discovered them to be "bunker walls", or something like that. Speculating about it, i think that once it's finished it'll be some sort of nuclear bunker and might have something to do with the cheget

One of the coders was sorting through WIP telesci shit and a nuclear silo was among them.
