Destiny ghost drone weirdness

I think amaranthineApocalypse means you can't scan the drone rechargers to make more rechargers, so that you can account for the fact none seem to exist in Destiny's maintenance tunnels.

Obviously, flying all the way back to the factory would be a pain in the ass.

You can't use the ones at the factory either because they're always occupied, there is just no way to recharge as a drone
