Minor Fork limb-sawing not working.

Reproduction:

1. Grab a staff assistant.
   
2. Put assistant on table.
   
3. Cut the leg open with a knife
   
4. Attempt to saw the leg open with a fork
   
5. Fumble.
   

Removing someone's brain, heart and head using a knife and fork works perfectly fine. Removing legs and arms don't.

This has been a bug for a long time, I just forgot to make a report
