I'm with Wire on this one (crude as he may be).
Even if they can't find the button labelled 'MAP', or the button labelled 'Wiki' right next to it, the actual welcome message has a link to the wiki as well, and it has a link to the map page RIGHT ON THE FRONT PAGE (and a full rundown of all the zones).
And Cog2 isn't even hard to navigate!
