Move the AI/upload chamber

Ah yeah you're right. I haven't played in a while so I'm a bit off my reasoning. It would also make situations where people destroy all the upload cards a certain kind of hell.

I do wish there was a way to reset the AI even after the cards were destroyed. That's always been a large problem I've had with the system.
