Just as the thread title says. The captain needs a parrot that can sit on his shoulder and repeat words and phrases the captain says.
It would be cool if the parrot could pick up random phrases from crewmembers too... Nothing better than a parrot screaming "NUKE OPS IN THE BAR!" or "WIZARD IN GENETICS" while Security is on to clear the matter.
And if a captain is sick of his parrot, he can deliver it to the Chef... Parrot Sandwiches for everyone!
