100% agreed.
It would also be very easily implemented.
It's also damned near impossible to make metal-fabric alloys without using fibrilith which renders whatever jumpsuit you make out of it nigh unwearable, which is utter shit.
Edit: We should be able to put viscerite into the arc smelter at the very least, that would help solve the problem
