Well my original idea was just weed that literally did nothing, so any botanists trying to get high would be severely dissapointed. I do like the idea of traitor weed with weird mutations. Given being cluwned is practically a death sentence, maybe no painbow fluid. Also the whole 'gives no/very little seeds' that I pointed out would be important for these weird weed things, to prevent abuse.
