Humans/AI shell cannot change borg cells in the docking station

This bug has been around for a bit now. You can do it manually sure, but it's pretty inconvenient for a relatively simple function.

Actually, adding on to this, humans can't interact with inserted power cells at all, can't eject them or insert them.

Why is borgs being unable to change their own cells a thing anyways? I never understood that, seems like it'd save everyone involved a good deal of annoyance and time.
