My ideas for cap:
Nukeop in a Box: Contains a (fake) nuclear bomb that acts exactly the same as a regular nuke, with the 8 minute timer, the announcement about its deployment location, and etc. Comes with a complimentary red space suit/helmet. For fooling people about the round type, though only for a short time.
Swashbuckling Set: A pirate coat and a mug of grog. Wearing the coat makes it so the drunker you are, the higher your resistance to stuns and brute damage.
Ideas for HOP:
Ransomware: Virus disk that comes with a charge card. Can be installed on any computer on the station (Genetics consoles, cloning computer, AI upload, etc) and will completely lock it down from use until 10,000 credits are inserted into the console, which will deposit straight onto the HOP's charge card.
ID Bug: A box of small devices that can be attached to any ID. Allows full remote control over the ID: Access change, name/job change, and detonation with the strength of a PDA bomb.
For either/both:
Greyshirt-In-A-Can: A grenade that when detonated, releases a staff assistant NPC.
