I doubt this idea will be popular, but I personally feel it's needed.
Make the AI a whitelisted job like HoS. Much lower bar to get in though. Why? Simply because I'm getting a bit sick and tired of AI's going braindead halfway through a round. Perhaps if we only allowed people who have shown they can do a round or two without going braindead to even become an AI we might lower that failure rate.

after more thought and feedback, I now think blacklisting is a better option
