I've said this in the last thread, and I feel exactly the same about UR being awful. To the point where if I see an invisible geneticist, i'd pot shot him with a mutadone dart.
The main issue is "The invisibility seems to be frequent and lasts a long time without possibility of disruption."
It should be flipped on its head. The invisibility needs to be not frequent whatsoever. I'd be up for going invisible every 20-30 minutes or so. It should be completely situational, but it isn't.
