prevent people who have a certain antag role disabled from spawning midround as one

i find it kind of annoying that i have blob disabled on my preferences but yet i almost exclusively spawn in as one almost everytime i hit the midround antag button

i think it'd be nice if there were something that removed people from the potential antag pool for that antag if they have it disabled
