The "Strange Artifact" (I may've gotten the name wrong), which you can obtain from easter eggs, has a pretty terrible bug.
If you click on the artifact, it opens up a menu (which can heal you/give you telekenesis) - but if you continually click on it, the menus will stack, and you'll be able to continually use the abilities without any cooldown, meaning that you can heal yourself indefinitely while giving yourself telekenesis.
An easy way to fix this would be to check if the cooldown was active before giving them the effect of the option they choose, rather than just when they click the artifact.
