Change CTRL-W to *wave, not *wink

I've never accidentally winked when I've wanted to wave, but I've screamed when I meant to salute plenty.

Why? F is pretty hard to miss.

Anyways, I'd have to say nah for the reason zewaka presented. This would just substitute one problem for another and I think people Wave far more often than Wink... well, outside of a few people who wink so much you'd think they have tourettes.
