Changelog causing client to crash on Destiny

The RP rules pop-up works fine now, but I get the same error when I examine the critter compendium in telescience. Perhaps it's the same bug?

I'm sure it is. It'll be looked into.

It indeed is; strip out the unicode with their ascii equivalents.
