The AUG-4-U auto-surgery booth. It lives in the medbay lobby, you pay your money (augmentations vary in price, health monitor implant would be the cheapest at around $100), step inside and the machine performs the procedure. You could put a lot of the basic augmentations in here and have more technical or risky augs (such as the cyberheart) require an actual doctor. It also gives you something to spend your money on.

Emagged, it removes random organs/appendages

alterntively model it lke the auto-doc from fallout NV. emagged, it traps you in and carves you up until someone frees you (like what happens to christine in the dead money dlc) dealing brute damage and maybe removing limbs (but maybe not killing you)

a suicide that simply removes all your limbs and organs would also be funny
