I consider that a challenge. Let's go down the list.
CYBER-LUNGS would let you resist airborne toxins. You would still die in space, of course, since you're just extracting oxygen from all the other shit, but perhaps a version could include an internal reservoir that would fill up and be switched to when entering an oxygen-deprived area.
CYBER-LIVERS could have a number of effects, from adjusting the rate of chemical decay in the bloodstream to filtering out 'harmful' shit a la hyposprays to forcibly ejecting the contents of the bloodstream all at once, sometimes including blood. Alcohol resistance???
CYBER-KIDNEYS uhhhhh this may actually be somewhat redundant
CYBER-STOMACHS really I have no idea but I bet they'd let you eat more things/resist food poisoning, etc., possibly draw more health from eating/do so at a lower threshhold.
CYBER-INTESTINES AND SPLEENS I have no idea.
CYBER-PANCREAS reactively produces insulin when you're sugar-dead.
CYBER-APPENDIX is a bit of a wildcard. It absorbs toxins from the bloodstream, but after a certain amount that is randomized (but hinted at by chat messages) the whole thing fucking blows up and poisons you, just like a real appendix, only in the meantime you are near-invulnerable to poison short of the Really Bad Shit.
I also had the idea for chemical implants that let you tap a button and shove chems into yourself without a syringe or anything. Fill it with weed smoke as usual
anyway suggest whatever for tweaks/new things/tell me the idea is terrible and I should graft a cyberbutt to my head
