Tested this. When I had my arm chopped off while fat, this happened.

The arm is present but things that would go on the arm, like a glove, are not.
Side-on (missing arm facing towards camera)

The gap between back and backpack is filled with big fat arm, but now there's a weird shape behind my head.
Wait a minute, that *is* my head. My head isn't centred properly, resulting in a giant nose when facing one way and a weird protrusion at the back when facing the other.
Also it is possible to push fat people around occasionally while spamming the chat with failure messages but I think that's working as intended. They're just fat, not wearing magboots.
