Slavic Tracksuit

Once equipped, the Slavic Tracksuit will allow the wearer to *squat. My idea is that it would act like the Tanooki suit from Mario - "transform" the squatter into a squatting slav until a movement key is pressed. The power of this could is up to the coder: something like turn them into an invincible, immobile block or just act like the person is wearing magboots.
