Chat's still loading

I joined onto LLJK 4, and saw that the chat was apparently loading. It kept loading for a good solid 10 minutes with no sign of finishing its loading any time soon, so here I am posting a bug report.

I run 64-bit Vista, my BYOND is up to date, I've tried clearing my cache and restarting my client, and I can provide further specs if desired.
