Add telescience blocks on the mining Z-level

Yeah, upon further consideration and it not being five in the morning, the lack of noteworthy loot is probably much more of a contributing factor than the telesci thing. I dunno, I've always been a fan of the sense of adventure and such, and I just about never see that with the debris field. Maybe once Cogmap2 hits it'll be something that'll come back up, but I dunno. I just thought it was something to bring to attention.
