- Slid into a chasm and eaten by wendigoes.
- Summoned a giant drone.
- Activated an even bigger drone.
- Poked to death by fermids.
- Stared at by a red martian.
- Zombies.
- Performed an alchemy ritual at low health.
- Fell into lava.
- Forgot to bring a spacesuit on the lava or ice moons.
- Eaten by the floor.
- Dissolved in stomach acid.
- Jumped into hell.
- Farted on an old book.
- Beaten to death by ghosts.
- Someone activated Solariuim without warning anyone ahead of time.
- Actually, someone activated Solarium, period.
