Oddly enough, the russian revolver has no suicide association.
Reverse suggestion: Remove the bog standard breath holding suicide. Make people actively have to work a little to check out. And it's one less way to screw a vampire over. Dexter had a more fun idea: Trying to suicide with no applicable item at hand just makes you hold your breath until you pass out for a while, with a touch of oxy damage.
