A general IRC complaint

Ah ok. My apologies. I had read that complaint, then read a few times in the ban appeals in the last year that it'd been happening. Like I said I wasn't sure if I don't spend any time in the IRC anymore so wasn't sure. It's good to hear. My apologies if anyone was put off by my posting this.

It just seemed a recurring complaint that people had made that the IRC held a different standard. It's been said to have brought in line.
