i'm pretty sure nobody is encouraging rape jokes in the IRC, and in fact i scream at people pretty damn thoroughly if I see them. In fact, I'M MORE likely to scream at a guy for breaking the 'no bigoted speech' rule in IRC than ingame, so I don't really know what you're complaining about here - and given the fact that you haven't been in IRC in quite a while by your own admission, I'm not sure you know what you're complaining about here either.
The closest you've come to actual specific examples of things you are complaining about, happened like what two years ago? and has been gone over so many times now that it's not even funny.
Please name something more specific you are complaining about, ideally something that has happened at least within the last year, or don't bother making a thread.
This is the second really dumb thread about IRC today. I'm not sure why you thought this was a great idea.
