Better yet just replace the load of small cartridges that come with the RCD with a single high density one.

Those are basically my thoughts on the matter.

I can understand that the loading could be considered a deterrence against a misuse. It's not much of one though. The added benefit of getting 60 extra units to use means I could poke a few more holes to mitigate the heat of a hellburn, so that would be nice as well. Despite claims to the contrary, I actually don't like burning the station down.
