It is not possible to pull someone off of a Go-Kart.

A round ago, some telescientist was running around on a go-kart invulnerable to everything because go-karts prevent projectiles and attacks from hitting you and (because they're supposed to be VR exclusive), there's no way to force someone off of one. Clicking on the go-kart does not work, nor does click dragging them off of it.
