Nope, I did these in controlled tests wherein I closed absolutely everything but Byond, SS13, and Task Manager. There were no other programs or intensive background processes running.

Also, Marq, if you need any input from me or want me to test anything since I seem to have gotten rid of the error somehow, let me know and I'd be glad to help.
