Can't enter things off station Z-level

Blame the exploitors of #sol. I'll get back to you when I have a solution.

Context: There was a door on the Centcom shuttle that opened when given basically all of the Solarium keys. Within about a week or so, people on the aforementioned IRC channel had already figured out a way to enter the Centcom Z-Level, then figured out a different way.

The moral of the story: Never dangle a puzzle in front of Solarium nerds without expecting them to bite.
