Make booster enzymes work with every chemical and a lot more...shall we say effective?

Also, fix initropidril and give only me the recipe.

I might rework Initro and put it in syndicate sauce, actually. Started doing it awhile ago, didn't finish.

syndicate sauce could use some more hilarity of some sort. i find it kind of weird that chemists can make floor pills that set your lungs on fire and (usually) not get yelled at over the radio, but you put one burger out with syndicate sauce on it and people scream fucking murder about it before you ever have a chance to lace another one.
