Blood System Feedback

After playing roboticist for awhile I have been having trouble dealing with the insane blood-loss caused by augmentation. it is doable, but very resource intensive to augment someone fully, often one or two entire bloodpacks even with suturing after every limb-removal and staple. putting the surgery target under via N2O doesnt seem to do much in the way to diminish this. please nerf blood loss from surgical procedures a bit, or maybe add a clamp item to clamp off veins to instantly stop bleeding during surgery.

Actually I think a better idea would be a new surgical tool that prevents, or at least minimizes, blood-loss during surgery.
