For better or for worse, riot lockers can now be opened by an all access card. The armory however remains locked behind HoS level doors, which means very little for someone with a screwdriver and multitool.
I'd have no problem with this actually if it was just traitors busting in, but you often get an overzealous player who either broke into the hop's office for an all access or the hop himself. Then it's just a case of waltzing into the armory and fleecing it for all it's worth. It's zero effort. Ok maybe it's like 20% effort, given that they have to make sure no security is there, have an all access, but anyone can get their hands on hacking tools these days.
I dunno, if this is a feature then move this to suggestions, otherwise i'm seeing it as a bug.
