New Construction Mode tool: the Critter Generator!

This is a new item that can be transported by using a remote, It can spawn any critter in the game, and you can also config the critters to be friendly/hostile. Critter Generators are basically a way to make a survival challenge in construction mode. It allows you to add life to your constructions and you can make more bee-related things. Because bees are awesome and cool. The Critter Generator will tweak invulnerable critters to make them vulnerable. It shares the same sprite as the Porta-Brig. You can also name the critters and set how many critters are spawned. This would only appear in Construction Mode.
