Ehh, I've gotten some sprites from admins by asking nicely over on the IRC. As long as you explain what you're doing with the sprite(s) and you're not asking for anything super-secret, they'll usually be willing to send you the sprites. It's how I managed to get the gimmick job sprites without farming for months.
