From my personal experience, I have to say absolutely not for HoS. A large majority of the time if I see you sign up for sec you go braindead shortly afterwards when someone refuses to race pods with you, that is if you even leave the arrival shuttle. Also you seem to hold some bizarre grudges and generally have an obnoxious or poor attitude to a lot of people.
