I really like the idea behind the manchurian implant.
People could do all kinds of goofy things with it.
Action: Become the greatest rapper ever
Codeword: Ice-Tea
"Man I could sure use some Ice-Tea right now."
Action: Heckle the clown, and or beat the clown up and fart on him
codeword: Buzzkill
"man captain is such a buzzkill"
Sure they could do standard murder, but if it's timed you'll want them to do things that are done relatively quickly, like kill somebody or suicide bomb.
