Eh, it's easy money but not really gamebreakingly so. Most of the stuff you can buy from space traders save really high-end pod stuff/a voltron is obtainable with a budget of about 20k or so, and if someone spends most of the round chopping up monkeys to afford an artypod or something, more power to him. It's not like any of the other methods of obtaining that much money are significantly harder/more time-consuming. And yeah, it's about 25k per monkey for all the limbs and organs, minus the skulls - but the Martian will buy those for 5k each.
