Will the solarium GOOD ending ever be cleared?

So this may or may not be telesci related but as a macho man I scrolled through the Leap location list and found a bunch of places I haven't seen/don't recognize. The one that really got me was one labeled "Spooky Swamp".

Huh, they're finally actually finishing the damn thing, or it could be just an empty place for admins to teleport to.

This is what I remember from ghosting around the telescience z-level as tempmin. There's space there for an area. But then again there's a few spaces for areas so it's doesn't mean much. I've seen some shit. Only kidding. Or am i?
I'm actually not sure. I was somewhat inebriated when doing it.
