Alright so after seeing you as sec I have to say no.
You are way too nice in the bad way.
I was an assistant sitting in the bar doing nothing when an RD comes in and phasers me to red. I scare him off with a tranq rifle then flag you down for help. The RD wordlessly gets a med kit and heals himself while you just keep asking him why he attacked people. This continued on for 6 minutes of you chasing him and repeatedly asking that same question instead of arresting and taking him to the brig so he poses no threat and has to answer.
