bring back the filler jobs

Why force a person into a filler job they may not want, when they can just grab the corresponding items and do what they want.

Then don't. Make them have a lower priority than assistants so you only get them if you set them. I mean it's not like being forced into a job is worse than being an assistant, anyway. Barman is pretty much a filler job and I'd rather be a barman than an assistant. Assistant is literally "there is no job for you, do whatever". Anyone who gets a filler job is perfectly free to do whatever if they want to. There is no reason not to have more jobs even if some of them are just filler.


There is also a very clear difference between a job and a custom job that you get from the HoP. If you decide that you want to be a lawyer, and you go to the courtroom and get a suit, and you catch the HoP before he fucks off forever and get a card that says lawyer, and then you go around attempting to be a lawyer, people look at you, and they think "some guy doing a gimmick". It's different from a lawyer being an established thing. You're something that shows up for one round, and is then gone. You aren't a real part of the game, you're just fucking around for one round, and when you log off there will be no one who replaces you.
