Obesity means you can't wear any clothes and have SEVERE Speed reduction so why is it only +5?

Im going to point out that you can still wear the grey crew jumpsuits in the crew quarters while obese and obesity also makes you unpushable and unable to choke out. five points of stability gained for something that is arguably a power isnt bad.

Also it makes you immune to getting absorbed by a changeling. That's pretty huge.
