I still don't really see any point. If you want your ID to say clown, go ask the HoP. That's what they're there for.

I have seen one HoP who stayed at the kiosk past the 20 minute mark. Ever.

Not including me, but I don't give custom job titles unless you ask for a really, really funny one.
