part of the reason people didnt use cloak is because of how powerful thermals were. back when you could see through walls with them there was almost always a detective or HoS wearing their thermals at all times. id imagine that the cloak is alot more effective now when the thermals do very little.

I was talking about both of those items in that post when both of them were nerf, and I saw alot of people use the cloak back in the day when neither one were nerfed.
